Effective July 26, 2026 · Moneyfold 1.0
Privacy Policy
Moneyfold is designed to help you understand your everyday finances without requiring an account or bank connection.
1. Information stored in Moneyfold
Moneyfold lets you enter financial information such as accounts, balances, transactions, categories, budgets, recurring income, bills and subscriptions.
In Moneyfold 1.0, this information is stored locally on your device. The developer does not receive, collect or store your financial records on an external server.
2. No account or bank connection
Moneyfold 1.0 does not require a Moneyfold account, connect to your bank, contain advertising, use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs, or sell your personal or financial information.
3. Optional Calendar access
If you grant Calendar permission, Moneyfold may access calendar event information on your device to provide calendar context inside the app. Access is optional and can be revoked in iOS Settings.
Moneyfold does not treat an event as a financial transaction, assign it a price or automatically create a transaction from it. Calendar information is not sent to the developer or to a Moneyfold server.
4. Device backups
Locally stored information may be included in device or iCloud backups according to your Apple settings. These backups are provided and controlled by Apple, not Moneyfold.
5. Analytics, advertising and tracking
Moneyfold 1.0 does not use developer-operated analytics, advertising or cross-app tracking technologies. Apple may independently process diagnostic, App Store and device information according to your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policies.
6. Support communications
If you contact support, information you voluntarily provide—such as your email address, message and attachments—is used to respond, investigate a reported problem and maintain necessary support records.
Support communications occur outside the app and are retained only as reasonably necessary or legally required. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or bank credentials.
7. Data deletion
You can edit or delete records within Moneyfold. Deleting the app removes locally stored data from that device, subject to device or iCloud backups you control through Apple.
Because Moneyfold 1.0 has no account and the developer does not receive in-app financial records, the developer cannot access or delete those records for you. You may request deletion of support correspondence by email, subject to applicable legal obligations.
8. Children’s privacy
Moneyfold is a general personal-finance organization tool and is not directed specifically to children. Moneyfold 1.0 does not knowingly collect personal information from users through the app.
9. International use
Moneyfold may be available in multiple countries and regions. In version 1.0, the developer does not transfer your in-app financial records to an external Moneyfold server.
10. Future changes
If a future feature changes how information is collected or processed, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as required.
